Fox William and Maxwell Knight Updates Aug. 5th 2008
Here is what Mr. Fox has been up to:
My name: FOX (Fox loves to spell and say his name loudly...lol)
My hobbies: I love Batman and Spider-Man and I love playing on my V-Smile especially the Dora Frog game. I love swimming with my daddy, and I love reading and playing outside with my mommy.
School: I go to a school with lots of kids and I like some of them but others are not so nice, and when they are mean I tell Miss Nicole or Mr. Aaron. (Fox goes to Family Service and Guidence Center where he is able to play with other kids just like him.
What did you do this summer: I went to school and we got to go to Chuck E. Cheese and play in the water. I got to be the line leader and I got to play with my mommy outside. Rainy and I and mommy and daddy and Mini went to see the elephant movie and I age popcorn.
Did you go anywhere fun: we went to Mantana (Montana) and church and we got to see Poppy and he let me drive his tractor and pull up the poles in his yard. And we had to go to the doctors for Rainy.
Anything else.....: I can't know what else to say mommy!
This summer has been a challenge but also a very BIG eye opener with Fox. Over the summer Fox went through a psychiatric test to see what was going on with Fox. Fox is a bright, cheerful little guy but sometimes Fox gets sad and angry and then he takes it out on people, himself and his toys. So his teachers at FSGC thought it would be good to do the testing. We were happy we did. Fox was diagnosis withODD ( oppositional defiant disorder) ADHD and anixtey and mood disorders.
What we found out was that Fox has alot of things inside him that makes him feel sad and nervous and at times angry. So we are working with his teachers, therapist, and pyscologist to help Fox understand how to handle his different emotions.
I was truly blessed we had some sort of answers with Fox. Fox is my little prince and can warm anyone's heart, he is very very smart and at times I forget he is only four. My favorite memory with Fox this summer was doing a puzzle with him at church (this past sunday) he asked me to help him find Jesus (in a puzzle) and we worked together and found him...I also loved his drawling of "electricty"
Fox will keep going to the emotional and social preschool during the fall.
Maxwell Knight:
I would ask him lots of questions but the answer seems to always go back to "I want cookie"
Max is by far one of the most peaceful kiddos I know. He just turned two this summer and has gone from hating bathtime to loving water (thanks to his dad and the swimming they have done this year) Max is the "mommy's boy" out of my two little men. He loves to go to town with mommy and he loves to chase kitty cats around the house. With Rainy and Fox in school full time I look forward to getting one on one time with Mini Max this year.
This year Max has been keeping his hands in a fist about half the day. It was a concern to me and his doctor so we are getting him looked at by one of the neurologist that work on Rainy. In October we will meet with the doctor and hopefully find out if Max is having some type of neurological problem or if this is nothing. This photo of Max (above) is to show how his hands are when he is at play, rest or eating. He doesn't do it all the time but enough to just double check.

Hello Friends-My name is Fox William, I am three years old but want to be four. My favorite things to do is play with my sister and brother, go to preschool, watch He-Man, play with my swords and overall just enjoy being outside. When I grow up I am going to be like He-man so I can protect my mommy and daddy and Rainy and Mini. This website is designed to help everyone stay updated on our sister's health. My name is Maxwell Knight aka Mini Max, I am one. My hobbies include drinking milk, eating anything, chasing Rainy and Fox, running away from mommy and daddy, and being held by anyone who wants to cuddle. I am only one but I love my siblings very much. I share a room with Rainy and I think she is very funny. Sometimes she gets really sick, so if you could remember to pray for her that would make me happy.
